I have the right to decline a commission under any circumstance and am not obligated to provide a reason.By commissioning me, you hereby read and agree to Kirin Haruna's Terms of Service.

Usage
Please credit my artwork by linking any of my social media accounts.I have the rights of the illustration I made unless the rights have been paid for. I also do not allow heavy editing on my artwork without my permission.I have the right to post the commissioned work in all my social media platforms (Twitter, Twitch, etc.) unless told not to do so in advance.Please save the finished artwork. I'm not responsible if you ever lose an artwork, I only save it in my computer and Google Drive for at most two months, then I will delete it to save space.My artwork is not allowed to be used, sold and uploaded as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).Live2D model reselling is not allowed without permission, contact me if you ever want to sell it.My commission prices are subjected to change anytime.
Payment
I only accept payment through Paypal (USD or PHP) and must be sent as Goods and Services and not Gift / Friends / Family.A 50% or full upfront payment is required to be able to reserve a slot. If 50% upfront payment is made, I will start sketching and lineart but will not go past that unless it is fully paid.No Refunds. The commission will only be refunded if I am ever unable to complete it under any circumstance. Chargebacks and non-consensual refunds are not allowed and if done, you will be blacklisted and name dropped in my social media accounts as a warning.
PROCESS
Please prepare the following if you are planning to commission me:
- Paypal Email for the invoice
- What type of commission you want (VTuber Model or PNGTuber)
- Picture References of the Character you want me to draw
- Details you want to be included in the artpiece (Expression, Setting, Pose, etc.)
You and your contact information must be active during the whole process, in case I have any questions and suggestions for the artwork so I have your approval.
Revisions are only allowed during the Sketching and Rendering process. You are only allowed to ask major revisions in the Sketching process three times, if you ask for more than that then there will be additional charges depending on the complexity. You are allowed to ask ** three minor revisions** during the Rendering process, more revisions will have additonal charges.
The artpiece will be sent in .png (fpr PNGTuber) and .psd (for VTuber Models).My turnaround is usually anywhere from 1 month to 3 months maximum since I am still in college and am doing this on the side.

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before commissioning and if you do not agree with these terms, then you are not allowed to commission me.You are never allowed to claim my work as your own, always credit me whenever you post or show the artpiece I made.
